We make every effort to ship all in stock orders the same day. We ship via UPS but reserve the right to use other shipping methods. Some orders may be dropped shipped directly to you from another warehouse. In the event the package is damaged when delivered please make a claim with the carrier before signing for it. Once the parts leave our office we are not responsible for lost or damaged parts. The liability lies with the carrier. We will do our best to help if this situation arises.

WARRANTY
Warranties are covered by the manufacturer in accordance with their guidelines. We hold no responsibility for any warranty. We will do our best to help with a claim.
RETURNS
Orders may be returned within 30 days from the original order date. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns with no exceptions. Absolutely no returns on electrical parts, electrical components, hydraulics and oil. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. All returns must be in there original package and un-used. The original invoice must accompany the return with an RMA#. Any parts that were used/installed will not be accepted for return. SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. There is a 50% non-refundable charge if you cancel the order prior to shipping. If the order was shipped there will be an additional charge for any associated shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges at our discretion. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless it is our error. Any parts that were used/installed will not be accepted for exchange unless it was our error.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping applies to all order over $199.00 (Continental U.S. only). Orders outside of the U.S. will need to call for a shipping quote. If an item is in the catalog and is not listed on our website it does not qualify for the free shipping. LTL truck shipments do not qualify for free shipping as of 1/01/2022. We will notify if your item can not ship by UPS.
MISCELLANEOUS
We make every effort to ensure pictures, descriptions and part numbers are displayed as accurately as possible. All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products. Pictures that have a highlighted part is the sku# we are referring to. Refunds will be issued with an explanation noted. Items listed on our website does not guarantee that it is in stock. Please call or email to check stock before ordering.
